Ten dollar ledge

I recently added a shelf to my family room. I used the plans from Ana Whites site http://www.ana-white.com/ for the ten dollar ledge. I made a small modification I cut six inches off one 1x4 and the 1x2 to attach a mason jar.

For the Love of the Mountains

Every year Stevens parents host a Labor day camp out. In past years it was a weekend to get wood in preparation for the winter, but the last couple of camp outs have been more about strengthen relationships, relaxing, and enjoying the forest. Steven and I really enjoy this camp out every year. We cant wait till next year. My camera was dead so these pictures are from past years.
